Our training events in Wiener Neustadt cover a range of topics, including Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) and the use of interactive multimedia in TEL. Participants learn to create engaging distance learning content using Moodle 4.X platforms and explore blended learning approaches. Project management skills are also honed, and Flipped Learning 3.0 methods are introduced. Additionally, participants delve into interactive and multimedia-based Moodle courses, utilizing the Virtual Teachers’ Toolbox and Self-Evaluation Mandalas. The training extends to digital photography and developing multimedia-based, interactive training content, building upon the InterMedia Erasmus+ Project.
For the next future, we offer two specific courses, developed from the previous projects:

The EBI is interested in and open to mobility projects of education, training and youth. We offer learning opportunities for teachers as well as for trainers in both school education and adult education, focussing on

Overview of future planned training courses

Multimedia-Based and Interactive Training Content Development with AniMaker, H5P, and Canva
This comprehensive four-day training course focuses on the development of multimedia-based and interactive training content using the tools AniMaker, H5P, and Canva. The course delivery is based on the concept of Flipped Learning, with a significant pre-class component focusing on lower Bloom’s taxonomy levels, followed by three training days implementing active training methods, and a hands-on assessment event on the fourth day.
Participants will engage in self-paced learning before the on-site training, allowing for deeper exploration during the training days and practical application during the assessment event.

Flipped Learning 3.0 - a generic approach

The three-day Flipped Learning course offers a comprehensive exploration of the key concepts and practical strategies to implement an effective flipped learning approach in education. Participants will delve into topics such as Backwards Design, the Global Elements of Efficient Flipped Learning, and implementation of the “Individual Learning Space” and the “Group Learning Space”.

Through interactive sessions and hands-on activities, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to design engaging Flipped Learning Training experiences that optimize Learners engagement, understanding, and achievement, and will increase significantly the learning outcomes.

This course is ideal for educators looking to transform their instructional practices and maximize the potential of Flipped Learning 3.0 in their classrooms or training events.

Interactive and multimedia-based Moodle courses

The course “Interactive and Multimedia-based Moodle Courses” offers participants an in-depth exploration of creating and implementing engaging educational content using the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS).
Participants will learn how to leverage multimedia elements, such as active videos, hot-spot images, and interactive activities, to enhance learner engagement and interactivity within the Moodle platform. Through hands-on exercises and practical examples, participants will develop the skills necessary to design and deliver dynamic and interactive online courses that promote effective learning experiences.
